As a water-based product, customers are highly advised to avoid possible contaminants such as making sure surface to
be applied on is clean and dry, as well as to avoid sharing the roller tints. The wine-like odor of the tint does
not mean that the product is expired, but its natural though unusual odor may not be appealing to some. That being
the case we are working on improving the scent for future releases.
BB CREAMS: (EB ADVANCE & CARELINE) = WATER/OIL DISCHARGE UPON USING THE PRODUCT
BB Creams is known to be in emulsion form, which is a temporary stable mixture of immiscible fluids such as oil and
water. It is common that water or oil may likely to suspend due to external factors like low or high temperatures.
We have indicated a ‘SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE’ directions for the product
UNDER FILL (LIQUID LIPSTICKS = EB MATTE LIQUID LIPSTICK, CARELINE MATTE LIQUID LIPSTICK, CARELINE MELTED METALLIC /
GEL-TYPE STAINS = CARELINE JELLY TINT, EB ADVANCE LIP & CHEEK STAIN, EB LIP & CHEEK STAIN)
Perceived under filled appearance where the liquid/gel seem to settle on bottom part is due to trapped air developed
during filling stage of production. Reassured that all our products are true to its net weight content.

we are on process of adopting cruelty-free logo on all our newly launched products. Based on our supplier’s response,
